Snowbird Youth Center
Snowbird Youth Center
To enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential, as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
The largest part of our program this past year has been the After School program which welcomed over 100 students with an average daily attendance of around 40 youth. The Summer program hosted around 80 youth with a daily attendance of 45 kids. The SYC was awarded two passenger vans with which to convey youth to the many field events scheduled each year. Our programing includes several Boys and Girls Club of America initiatives including: SMART Moves, Power Hour, and the Health Habits programs. We incorporate programing with Snowbird Library, 4-H, and Snowbird Community Health to provide educational outlets and networking opportunities.
